Wow, it's been raining all day! I love it because our flowerbeds and lawns need the moisture. It's a nice change from sameness. Thank you, God, for rain.
I love the rain because 1) everything's green 2) everything's cool and 3) it sometimes leads to reall fun thunderstorms. However I do not love the rain when 1) it's raining heavy and I'm trying to drive or 2) when the rain tries to get inside my car. Other than that, me & the rain have a good relationship. :)
Man, we had some loud thunder last night, electricity went out and all.
I like the rain OK if I don't have to get out in it. But mostly, I do have to get out in it. I love lounging on a lazy rainy Saturday though... or when it's lightly raining when you first wake up, and you can just lie there and listen to the pitter patter.
Yesterday's rain made me thankful that we forked over the cash for new tires on my car.
I opened the windows to listen to the rain better yesterday. It was a light rain, and so nice. Today is pretty gray, so we may get some more. I'm always glad for the rain at this time of year!

We were at Scarborough Faire with 300+ 8th graders in the rain yesterday. Oh and mud. Lots of mud! But at least we had an umbrella! :)
