Karen's new tag prompted me to look back to January 2008. Wow, a busy month! (Aren't they all?)

This was my post last year from Karen's baby shower in Ft. Worth. We were all excitedly awaiting Ian's birth. Now he's almost a year old and it as been such a great year with him. I can't express how special being a grandma is! I look forward to many more special times with him and his family.

Since that time, 2008 was full of health issues for me, travel, Arbonne, new grandbabies (another in November), and deciding to retire. My son-in-law graduated from seminary and my parents came to visit. Scrapbooking was included, too, with my first attendance at weekend retreats...so fun!

Here's to 2009!
