Hubby has done it again! We had an extra closet rod (taken out of his hobby closet) and now he's installed it in the utility room. I can hang items directly from the dryer!! Hooray!

It's always great to have a husband who can "fix" things for you...I am very lucky to have just that husband here at my house, too! I'll give you a call sometime today re: lunch/dinner on July 1...I will be returning that afternoon from Waxahachie and a scrapbooking retreat with some teacher friends.
My parents just did a project with an extra closet rod. They wanted to hang up pots and pans in the kitchen to create more drawer space, but those hanging things are expensive at the store. So, they painted the closet rod, installed brackets on the sides of the cabinets, bought s-hooks for the pans, and viola!
Way to go, you crafty and resourceful people!
I like hanging directly from the dryer, too. What a great guy to rig it up for you!
This can save you from lots of ironing. It's my favorite strategy to avoid the dreaded chore!
